Instructions
 

Mediterranean Chicken Wraps

  • Step 1: Cut chicken breasts into thin strips (about ½-inch thick).
  • In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, cumin, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Add chicken strips to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well-coated.
  • Let marinate for at least 5 minutes (up to 24 hours in refrigerator).
  • Step 2: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken strips and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Remove from heat and let rest for 2 minutes.
  • Step 3: Prepare all vegetables: slice cucumber, halve tomatoes, slice red onion, and chop dill.
  • Step 4: Warm tortillas slightly, spread tzatziki sauce in center, layer spinach, chicken strips, and remaining fillings, then assemble.
