  • Incorporate Worcestershire sauce and seasoning blend, mixing gently.

Forming Patties

  • Divide mixture into 8 equal portions (5-6 ounces each) and form each into a patty.
  • Refrigerate the formed patties for at least 30 minutes.

Cooking

  • Preheat your cooking surface to medium-high heat (approximately 375-400°F).
  • Cook patties for 4-5 minutes without pressing or moving.
  • Flip patties and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes for medium doneness.
  • Check internal temperature and allow patties to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
