Vegetables

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Layer sliced vegetables in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  • Season chicken thighs, and nestle them among the vegetables.
  • Add sauces and additional ingredients as per the selected recipe.

Cooking

  • Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours, depending on the recipe.
  • For thickening sauces, simmer uncovered for the last 30 minutes.

Serving

  • Serve the slow-cooked chicken over rice, with tortillas, or alongside crusty bread as desired.

Notes
