Ingredients
  

Smoothie Bowl Base

  • 1 cup Almond milk Start with a low amount to prevent soup-like consistency.
  • 1 large Ripe banana Use ripe bananas for the best texture.
  • 1 scoop Protein powder Optional addition for extra protein.

Toppings

  • 1 handful Sliced fresh fruit Options include bananas, berries, or kiwi.
  • 2 tablespoons Toasted coconut For added crunch.
  • 1 tablespoon Peanut butter Drizzle for flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon Chia seeds Optional for added texture.

Preparation

  • In your blender, combine almond milk, ripe banana, and protein powder if using.
  • Blend until smooth, keeping the mixture thick.
  • Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami pint container and freeze for at least 24 hours.

Making the Smoothie Bowl

  • After 24 hours, remove the pint from the freezer and place it into the Ninja Creami machine.
  • Select the 'Smoothie Bowl' or 'Sorbet' button on your Ninja Creami machine.
  • If the mix looks crumbly after the first spin, use the re-spin function.

Serving

  • Scoop the creamy smoothie into a bowl.
  • Add your desired toppings such as fresh fruit, toasted coconut, or peanut butter.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy your thick smoothie bowl!

Notes

Always freeze in the Ninja Creami pint container for best results. Adjust the thickness by changing the amount of liquid used in the base. Store leftover base in the freezer for later use.
