Ingredients
  

Ice Cream Base

  • 1 cup whole milk Almond milk can be used as a substitute.
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream Coconut cream can be substituted for a lighter option.
  • 1/2 cup white sugar Feel free to use your preferred sweetener.
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract Maple syrup can be used as an alternative.
  • 1 pinch salt

Mix-ins

  • 1/2 cup edible chocolate chip cookie dough Homemade or store-bought.
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips Optional; for extra chocolatey flavor.

Instructions
 

Preparation and Freezing

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the whole milk, heavy cream, white sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix well.
  • Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami pint and freeze for at least 24 hours.

Churning

  • After freezing, place the pint into the Ninja Creami and select the Ice Cream cycle.
  • Once the ice cream is churned, use the 'Mix-In' function to gently fold in the cookie dough chunks and mini chocolate chips.

Notes

Always use cold ingredients for a smoother mix. Don’t skip freezing the pint solid, and ensure the cookie dough is edible and egg-free. For a softer scoop, consider adding a splash of heavy cream before churning.
