Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Gather all ingredients on hand.
  • Thinly slice the pork tenderloin into bite-sized strips.
  • Slice the bell peppers, chop broccoli into florets, mince the garlic, and chop the green onions.

Cooking

  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add sliced pork to the skillet in an even layer and cook undisturbed for 1-2 minutes.
  • Stir the pork, season with salt and pepper, and cook for another 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked through. Set aside.
  • In the same skillet, stir-fry broccoli and bell peppers for 3-4 minutes until crisp-tender.
  • Return the pork to the skillet and add the soy sauce or coconut aminos. Toss to coat.
  • Optionally, sprinkle in chili flakes for extra spice.

Serving

  • Garnish with chopped green onions and serve immediately.
  • Enjoy the stir fry on its own or with keto-friendly sides like cauliflower rice or zucchini noodles.

Notes

For perfect stir fry, cook on high heat to retain crispness and avoid overcrowding the pan. Customize with your favorite low-carb vegetables like zucchini or mushrooms.
