Making Chocolate Ice Cream

  • Mash the ripe bananas in a bowl.
  • Blend the mashed bananas with cocoa powder, milk, vanilla extract, and honey until smooth.
  • Transfer the mixture to a shallow container.
  • Freeze for 2 hours, stirring every hour to ensure a creamy texture.

Making Vanilla Ice Cream

  • Whisk together the milk, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and natural sweetener until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container.
  • Freeze for a few hours until solid and creamy.

Notes

To maintain texture, keep ice cream tightly covered in a container with a layer of parchment on top. Let sit for 5 minutes at room temperature before serving for softer scoops.
