  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Flavoring and Topping Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Honey or maple syrup For sweetness and moisture.
  • 2 tbsp Cinnamon sugar Optional topping.
  • 1 cup Chocolate ganache For glazing.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free flour blend, xanthan gum, baking powder, and mix well.
  • In another bowl, whisk the eggs, then add milk, vanilla extract, and honey or maple syrup. Mix until well combined.
  • Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and blend until smooth. Let the batter rest for 10-15 minutes.

Baking

  • Spoon the batter into the prepared donut pan, filling each mold about halfway.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the donuts are lightly golden and spring back when touched.
  • Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack.

Topping

  • Dip the cooled donuts in chocolate ganache or sprinkle with cinnamon sugar as desired.
  • Allow toppings to set before serving.
