  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract A splash for flavor enhancement.
  • a pinch salt Enhances the flavor of the ice cream.

Optional add-ins

  • 1 handful chocolate chips For added texture and flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter Can be swirled in after spinning for extra richness.

Preparation

  • Pour about 1.5 cups of oat or almond milk into the Ninja Creami pint.
  • Add three heaping tablespoons of cocoa powder into the milk.
  • Stir in 1/3 cup of pure maple syrup, a pinch of salt, and a teaspoon of vanilla extract.
  • Whisk the mixture thoroughly until dissolved and free from lumps.
  • Freeze the whole pint overnight.

Spinning and Serving

  • The next day, put the frozen mixture into the Ninja Creami and set to ice cream mode.
  • If the texture appears crumbly after spinning, add a tablespoon of milk and respin.
  • Enjoy as is or add optional mix-ins like Oreo pieces, berries, or peanut butter.

Notes

Cleanup is minimal; just wash the pint and a spoon. Feel free to customize the base with different flavors and ingredients for unique variations.
