  • 2 pieces Chicken breasts Use boneless and skinless chicken breasts.
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese Fresh mozzarella is recommended for gooey cheese experience.
  • 4 pieces Tortillas or wraps
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil For seasoning the chicken.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper Adjust to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika For added flavor.
  • 1 cup Lettuce Shredded.
  • 1 medium Tomato Sliced.
  • to taste Your favorite sauces Such as ranch or BBQ.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  • Place the chicken in the air fryer and cook for about 10-12 minutes or until fully cooked, flipping halfway through.
  • Once cooked, let the chicken rest for a few minutes, then slice it into strips.

Assembly

  • Warm up the tortillas or wraps.
  • Layer each tortilla with mozzarella cheese, lettuce, tomato, and sliced chicken.
  • Roll up the wraps tightly and serve with sauces on the side.

Notes

These wraps are best served fresh. Pair with fresh fruit or chips for a complete meal. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days and reheat the chicken in the air fryer to maintain crispiness. Make sure not to overcrowd the air fryer; cook in batches if needed.
