  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms (optional)
  • 1/4 cup diced sun-dried tomatoes for added tanginess (optional)

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Begin by ensuring your cream cheese is at room temperature to prevent lumps.
  • Pat your chicken dry with paper towels.

Seasoning

  • Sprinkle both sides of the chicken with salt and pepper.
  • Optionally sear the chicken in a hot pan with olive oil for added flavor.

Crock Pot Preparation

  • Coat the slow cooker with cooking oil or use a slow cooker liner.
  • Pour the olive oil into the bottom of the crock pot.
