Ingredients
  

For the chicken marinade

  • 2 pieces Chicken breasts Skinless and boneless
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil Extra virgin for best flavor
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Ground
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder Adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper Freshly ground

For assembly

  • 8 pieces Corn tortillas Warm before serving
  • 1 small Onion Diced
  • 1/2 cup Cilantro Chopped
  • 1 lime Lime Cut into wedges for serving

Instructions
 

Marinate Chicken

  • In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the chicken breasts and coat well. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Grill Chicken

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Grill the marinated chicken until cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side.

Prepare Tortillas

  • Warm the corn tortillas on the grill or in a skillet until pliable.

Assemble Tacos

  • Slice the grilled chicken and place it in the warm tortillas.
  • Top with diced onion, chopped cilantro, and a squeeze of lime.

Serve

  • Serve immediately with extra lime wedges on the side.

Notes
