Ingredients
  

For the Frozen Yogurt Base

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt Can substitute with regular or plant-based yogurt
  • 1 cup whole milk Use whole or 2% milk for creamier texture
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup Adjust sweetener to taste
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries Fresh blueberries add brightness; frozen can be used

Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, whole milk, honey or maple syrup, and blueberries until well combined.
  • Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami pint container, snap the lid on, and freeze for at least 24 hours until solid.

Making Frozen Yogurt

  • Once frozen, remove the container from the freezer and place it in the Ninja Creami.
  • Select the 'ice cream' function and blend until creamy.
  • For extra creaminess, re-spin the mixture if desired.
  • Scoop and serve your delicious blueberry frozen yogurt!

Notes

For best results, allow the base to chill for at least 24 hours. If the yogurt comes out crumbly, add a splash of milk and re-spin. Experiment with flavors by adding lemon zest, vanilla, or other fruits.
