Ingredients
  

Base Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (2% fat, plain) Look for brands with at least 15g protein per serving.
  • 1/2 cup Almond milk, unsweetened Adjust based on desired consistency.
  • 1 cup Mixed frozen berries Choose organic for best flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon Honey Adjust sweetness to taste.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Combine room temperature Greek yogurt with almond milk and mix until smooth.
  • Add honey and continue mixing until well integrated.
  • Fold in the frozen mixed berries gently to maintain fruit integrity.
  • Transfer the mixture to Creami pint containers, leaving 1/2 inch headspace for expansion.
  • Cover the mixture directly with plastic wrap and then seal with a lid.

Freezing

  • Freeze containers for a minimum of 24 hours at 0°F or below.

Processing

  • Remove the container from the freezer and let it sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes.
  • Install the processing blade and select the 'Sorbet' setting.
  • Process until smooth and creamy with no visible ice crystals.

Notes

For a chocolate variation, add 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder during the base preparation step. For more sweetness, consider increasing honey to 2 tablespoons.
