Ingredients
  

Chicken Preparation

  • 1 lb Chicken breasts or thighs, diced Use fresh chicken for best flavor.

Classic Herb and Garlic Marinade

  • 2 cloves Fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 tbsp Thyme leaves
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper

Alternative Marinades

  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce For Asian-inspired flavors.
  • 1 tbsp Honey Adds sweetness and glaze.
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (204°C).
  • Dice chicken breasts or thighs into uniform 1-inch cubes.
  • Combine marinade ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  • Add diced chicken to the marinade, making sure all pieces are coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Cooking

  • Spread the marinated chicken pieces evenly on a lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Ensure internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Let the baked chicken rest for 3-5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For even cooking, ensure the chicken pieces are of uniform size. Experiment with different marinades to find your favorite flavor.
