Ingredients
  

Seasoning Rub

  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar adds sweetness and caramelization

  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper adds heat

  • optional dried sage or rosemary to add an herbal note

Pork Cuts

  • 1 pound pork tenderloin juicy and quick-cooking
  • 2 pieces bone-in pork chops thick cuts preferred
  • 1 pound pork shoulder for pulled pork vibes
  • 1 pound boneless country-style ribs meaty and tender

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Start with room temperature pork. Pat it dry to help form a crust.
  • Mix all seasoning rub ingredients in a bowl and rub onto the pork.
  • Let the pork sit for at least 15 minutes, or overnight for more flavor.

Cooking

  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F to 400°F.
  • Place the pork in the air fryer basket, avoiding overcrowding.
  • Cook thicker cuts for 12–15 minutes, checking for doneness at 8 minutes for thinner cuts.
  • Turn the pork halfway through cooking for even browning.
  • Rest the pork for 5 minutes after cooking before slicing.

Serving

  • Slice thick chops and serve over mashed potatoes.
  • Stuff tenderloin slices into tortillas with salsa and slaw.
  • Use leftovers in salads or sandwiches for lunch.

Notes

Store leftovers wrapped tightly and reheat in the air fryer for best results. Experiment with seasonings to keep dinner interesting.
